Camping Pass Terms & Conditions:
Payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Entry: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Friday–Saturday, 20–21 November)
Exit: Sunday, 22 November, from 8:00 PM onward.
The pass is valid for a maximum of three (3) days (Friday to Sunday).
Vehicles may remain on-site overnight; however, no overnight stays are permitted for persons.
You may leave your vehicle at the park on the first and second days and return the following day.
Only safe, roadworthy 4x4 vehicles and RVs are permitted.
Driving within the site is strictly prohibited between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
The pass is valid for one vehicle only and is non-transferable.
No commercial branding, promotional logos, or flags are permitted.
Users must take care of the venue and avoid any damage to grass, facilities, or park areas.
The organizers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury of any kind.
Photos and videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes.
All visitors must comply with staff instructions at all times.
