Vehicles: Roadworthy, legally registered 4x4s and RVs only.
Branding: No commercial logos, flags, banners, or promotions without Organizer’s approval.
Park Protection: No fires or charcoal on the grass.
Pets: Not permitted.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Liability: Participation is at your own risk. The organizer and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage.
Media: Entry implies consent to photography and videography.
Compliance: Follow staff instructions at all times. Violations may result in removal without refund.
